The Sweetest Apple Pie

Yesterday, I made the most delicious apple pie with my own homemade crust. I made two pies, one of which was from a recipe that I had gained by taking foods class last year. Ingo, the man who is implanting skylights in our roof, was at my house yesterday while I was making the pie. The problem was that the opening roof in the kitchen was open and I was cooking a pie. Luckily nothing got into the pie but I didn't want to take risks. Apple pies are something of a custom for me; baking things is fun and easy for me to make.
