Not many people realize the significance of these palindromic dates. There was been a lot of excitement on 9/9/09. Some say nine means patience. Others say nine means harmony. The 9th hour is when Christ expired on the cross. On 9/9/09, the movie 9 is opening, the La Bella Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas is having a $99 special, Domino's is giving gift certificates to people who are turning 9 or 99. On 9/9/09. September has 9 letters. 9/9/09 fell on a Wednesday which has 9 letters. It's the 252 day of the year, which added together equals 9!
7/7/07 was the day Eva Longoria got married because she thought it was lucky. 7/7/07 was also lucky because all the links to the number seven anyway such as; the seven dwarfs, the seven game series in sports, seven wonders of the world, and the seven seas. I won't go on listing all the combinations that these strange dates have caused.
I think that when God was making this planet he decided to send signs on these palindromic (same forward as backwards) dates to remind everyone on the earth that he still cares. A cool fact about 10/10/10 is it's the first time in this millennium that it will be not 07 or 03 but just a solid number 10. What does God have in store for us this year?
