If you have every been around some of Mr. Worleys students in bible class they always seem to get off topic. Roo mentions his experiences, Grant cracks some jokes, and Doug just sits in his chair launching pencils. We never seem to stay on talking about Adam and Eve or Joseph. We just sit around on the couches or on the ping pong table and laugh when we see Mr. Worley start singing one of his favorite old tunes. Then Herbie starts naming the year and what happened in that year.
As you may see now were kind of off topic... again. So this year in Bible we have talked about everything from the burning of Sodom and Gomorrah to Jacob and his twelve sons. We were just talking the other day about Revelation 7 and how the end of the world is supposed to be. The pods are dressing up like it's the end of world. When a elementary student walks down the hall they see Sean in butterfly wings and Clara in her trash bag dress. Sorry, I'm getting off topic again.
Bible hasn't recently been my favorite class, but as of now I really look forward to singing "I left my heart in San Francisco" with Mr. Worley and doing some intense Hermeneutics.~The Midshipman
