Answer to Life

I was asked on Monday in worship to summarize the Bible in a sentence. Some people said John 3:16 someone else said John 3:17. If someone really asked us that question we would probably joke around it or dodge it. I was thinking last night what Jesus' intentions really were when the Bible was writen.He wanted the Bible as a guideline for what our lives should be.

Some translations nowadays have even left out some verses in the bible about speaking in different languages and other things. I could judge them about how all verses in the Bible should be kept in no matter what they say. If the Bible should be a guideline for our life then we must have a pretty distorted image of what the Bible says then. Some of the people these days kill others for a excuse to be a hero. Some take animals and shove food down their throats so they taste better, and some even can be a model human and does one thing wrong and people look like him like he's a disgrace to the community.

I wish we could all just be like Jesus. I'll leave you with this thought...
